Shop Order Cancellation:

1. Any order with incomplete checkout or failure of payment will automatically cancelled by the platform.

2. All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product information or pricing. In such case, we will inform the customer and refund as per our refund policy.

3. A valid order in the website and which is not cancelled by the clause 3.1 (above) cannot be void by the customer after a successful check out and payment confirmation is done. Customer can initiate a return as per our Refund and Return Policy.
