Refund and Return Policy for physical products
At AXIA, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the following refund and return policy:
1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns on books/physical products within 2 days after shipment/order received days. If 3 days have passed since your shipment received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be miss match with the order and shipped item. To claim a return it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your ref und. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days after the approval of your refund process for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for digital products or the items mentioned nonrefundable/returnable in the product page (if any).
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund afterthe stated period, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
