লিডারশীপ নিয়ে লেখা দেশি-বিদেশি বইয়ের সংখ্যাও হয়তো লাখখানেক ছাড়িয়ে যাবে। সবগুলো যদিও পড়ার উপযোগী নয় কেননা সেগুলোতে সারমর্ম কিছু থাকেনা, বরং একই কথা ঘুরিয়ে ফিরিয়ে বারবার লেখা থাকে। তবে ভালো বইয়ের সংখ্যাও আছে প্রচুর। লিডারশীপ শেখার জন্য আমার নিজের পছন্দের কয়েকজন গুরু হলেন পিটার ড্রুকার, জ্যাক ওয়েলচ, জন ম্যাক্সওয়েল, জিম কলিন্স, ব্রায়ান ট্রেসি এবং গ্র্যান্ট হারবারট। এদের লেখা আমি প্রায় নিয়মিতই পড়ি অথবা ইউটিউওবের ভিডিওগুলো দেখি। অন্যদের লেখা যে পড়িনা তা একেবারেই না, বরঞ্চ চেষ্টা করি যত বেশি সংখ্যক লেখকের লেখা পড়তে কেননা তাতে একই জিনিসের ভিন্ন ভিন্ন দৃষ্টিভংগী জানা যায়। তাছাড়া সময়ের সাথে সাথে মানুষের চিন্তাভাবনা, চাহিদা ইত্যাদিও খুব দ্রুতই পরিবর্তিত হচ্ছে, সুতরাং গতবছরের বাস্তবতা এবছর বদলে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনাই বেশি। মানুষের মনস্তাত্ত্বিক পরিবর্তন মানেই অনেকগুলো সংজ্ঞার পরিবর্তন, পদ্ধতির পরিবর্তন। তাই নিয়মিত পড়তে হবে।
